The duties include producing high-quality cakes for the branches, special orders such as wedding and birthday cakes, as well as the creative design and decoration of cakes and desserts to high quality standards. A completed apprenticeship as a pastry chef or a comparable qualification is expected, along with a passion for cake making, care, creativity and teamwork.
