Backhaus Schröer is looking for apprentices as pastry chefs (m/f/d) for the pastry shop in Wiesbaden-Schierstein and the bakery in Mainz-Kastel. During the apprenticeship you will learn the craft production of cakes, tortes, wedding cakes, long-life baked goods and regional pastries as well as hygiene and how to handle equipment. Remuneration is according to the bakery craft tariff with allowances, a performance bonus and a job ticket; training takes place at the in-house academy.
