At Backhaus Schröer you start as an apprentice baker (m/f/d) in the bakery in Mainz-Kastel and the pastry shop in Wiesbaden-Schierstein. You learn the craft production of bread, rolls and fine baked goods as well as snacks and cakes, how to handle equipment, and how to follow hygiene and occupational safety regulations. The apprenticeship comprises 38 hours per week and collectively agreed pay including allowances and a job ticket.
